Common use of By Kaydon Clause in Contracts

By Kaydon. By Kaydon (or the Subsidiary employing Executive) for reasons other than For Cause and other than as a consequence of Executive’s death, permanent disability or attainment of the normal retirement date under the Kaydon Corporation Retirement Plan (the Retirement Plan) or other Kaydon retirement plan applicable to Executive, as in effect immediately preceding that date; or
