Common use of By Member Clause in Contracts

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his the dwelling unit at his Member’s own expense as followsincluding, but not limited to: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s Members own negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor;misuse; and (2) Any decoration renovation of his own this dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation. By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit his/her Dwelling Unit at his his/her own expense as follows: (1) The Member is responsible for his/her rear patios and front storm door. (2) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the memberMember’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unitmisuse; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance redecoration or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporationhis/her own Dwelling Unit; and (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated on any other Member’s Unit caused by the act of a third partyMember, known his/her family or unknownhis/her guests.

By Member.
