Common use of By Member Clause in Contracts

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his the dwelling unit at his Member’s own expense as followsincluding, but not limited to: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s Members own negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor;misuse; and (2) Any decoration renovation of his own this dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s his own negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitormisuse; (2) Any decoration redecoration of his own dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member. (2) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the memberMember’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unitmisuse; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance redecoration or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporationhis/her own Dwelling Unit; and (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated on any other Member’s Unit caused by the act of a third partyMember, known his/her family or unknownhis/her guests.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the member’s negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his own dwelling unit; and (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit the Unit at his his/her own expense as followsto the following items: (1) Any repairs repairs, replacement or maintenance necessitated by the memberMember’s own negligence or misuse or that of a family member, guest or visitormisuse; (2) Any decoration redecoration of his own dwelling unit; andthe Member’s Unit. (3) Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporationany additional appliances, additional window treatment, wall coverings, additional floor coverings, furnishings, household goods and personal property. (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated In any requested upgrades to the Unit requested by the act Member, the entire cost of a third party, known or unknownthe upgrade item(s) shall be paid by the Member.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his dwelling unit at his own expense as follows: (1) . Any repairs or maintenance to private dwellings or common areas necessitated by the member’s their own negligence or misuse misuse. 2. Any maintenance or that redecoration of a family member, guest or visitor; (2) Any decoration of his their own dwelling unit; and, including exterior and interior doors, flooring, floor covering, decorations of interior walls, ceilings, trim, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, appliances and cabinetry, approved by the board of directors. (3) . Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items not furnished by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknownCooperative.

By Member. The Member agrees to repair and maintain his his/her dwelling unit and/or the common areas of the Project at his his/her own expense as follows: (1) : Any repairs repairs, replacements or maintenance necessitated by the member’s his/her own negligence or misuse misuse, or that of a family memberother occupants of Member’s dwelling unit, guest or visitor; (2) that of Member’s guests; Any decoration redecoration of his own the Member’s dwelling unit; and (3) and Any repairs, maintenance or replacements required on items Member’s own dwelling unit or other fixtures therein not furnished required to be provided by the Corporation (4) Any repairs or maintenance necessitated by the act of a third party, known or unknown.

By Member.
