This Agreement may be terminated immediately without further liability on the part of MSHN, if PROVIDER or an official of PROVIDER or an owner is convicted of any activity in the above-referenced sections of this Agreement during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof. This agreement may be terminated immediately by MSHN without further liability in the event of unavailability, reduction or loss of funding whatever the cause.
