Common use of BY PARTIES Clause in Contracts

BY PARTIES. The Parties are entering into this Agreement for allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she/it shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she/it has taken over occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment at his/her/its own cost.

BY PARTIES.
