By-passed Crop. a. The Licensed Processor shall notify AFSC of any By-passed Crop, and the Insured’s acreage of the By-passed Crop. The by-pass committee consisting of AFSC, the Licensed Processor, Alberta Vegetable Growers (Processing), and the Insured will conduct a joint field inspection to verify the by-passed acres. Once all acres of each Insured Crop have been harvested, AFSC will calculate the Percentage of Acreage By-passed.
