By Senior Officers. Except as otherwise provided in Section 9.3, all disputes arising under this Agreement will first be submitted in writing for dispute resolution to the Designated Representative of each Party. If the dispute is not resolved within forty-five (45) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with Section 13.2.
