By Shareholders Only. (a) No amendment of any section of these By-Laws shall be made except by the shareholders of the Trust, if the By- Laws provide that such section may not be amended, altered or repealed except by the shareholders. (b) From and after the issue of any shares of the Trust to the public, no amendment of this Article IX or Article X shall be made except by the shareholders of the Trust.
