By Shipper. Shipper shall have the right to assign its rights and obligations, or parts thereof, under this XXXX to a Firm Shipper subject to: (a) compliance by the assignee with the requirements of Article 20 (Financial Assurances) in the General Terms and Conditions; (b) prior written approval of the Lenders, which shall not be unreasonably withheld; and (c) prior written approval of Transporter, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
