BY SIGNING BELOW. You agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this Rental Contract and you acknowledge that you have been given an opportunity to read it before being asked to sign. Your signature below allows us to process a separate credit/debit card charge in your name for all amounts due to us. You authorize JUCY Inc. to charge your debit/credit card after the rental concludes for all mileage charges (0.25c per mile), unpaid parking citations, tolls, toll evasion fines or penalties assessed against you, us or the vehicle during this rental. The time and mileage rates above are subject to change if you return the Vehicle before or after the due date or to a location other than the renting location.
