Common use of By the Company for Other than Cause Clause in Contracts

By the Company for Other than Cause. The Board may terminate Executive’s employment for reasons other than Cause after giving at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of such termination to Executive. In the event the Company terminates Executive pursuant to this Section 4(f), Executive shall be entitled to payment of the Accrued Obligations, the Pro Rata Bonus and the Severance Payments, pursuant to the Release provisions and payment terms provided in Section 4(c). In addition to the foregoing provisions, the provisions of Section 6(d) and Section 6(e) of this Agreement shall terminate upon the date of termination of employment pursuant to this Section 4(f).
