By the Corporation for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason. If the Corporation terminates Executive’s employment for Cause or Executive terminates his or her employment without Good Reason, then the Corporation shall pay to Executive Executive’s base salary and any accrued vacation pay through the Date of Termination to the extent not theretofore paid, and such amount shall be paid in a lump sum within 30 days following the Date of Termination.
