Common use of By the Employer for Cause Clause in Contracts

By the Employer for Cause. The Executive’s employment with the Employer may be terminated at the option of and by written notice from the Employer if the Board of Directors of Employer find Cause for termination. Upon any such termination all rights, obligations and duties of the parties hereunder shall immediately cease (including, but not limited to, the payment by the Employer of all Compensation), except for the Executive’s obligations under Section 7 and Section 8 hereof.
