Common use of By the Employer for Cause Clause in Contracts

By the Employer for Cause. The Employer may terminate the Executive’s employment hereunder immediately for Cause at any time upon written notice to the Executive setting forth in reasonable detail the nature of such Cause. Upon the giving of notice of termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause, the Employer shall have no further obligation to the Executive, other than for Final Compensation and any requirement of applicable law.

By the Employer for Cause. The Employer may terminate the employment of Executive at any time for Cause immediately upon providing written notice to Executive. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for Cause, all rights, duties and obligations of the Parties hereunder immediately shall thereupon cease, except for Cause at any time upon written notice to (i) the Executive setting forth in reasonable detail the nature of such Cause. Upon the giving of notice of termination of Employer’s obligations under Section 6.2(a), and (ii) the Executive’s employment hereunder for Causeobligations under Sections 7, the Employer shall have no further obligation to the Executive, other than for Final Compensation 8 and any requirement of applicable law9 hereof.
