By the Executive for Cause. The Executive may terminate this Agreement for "cause" at any time. For purposes of this Section 6.04, the term "cause" shall be the failure of the Company to perform, in a material respect, its material obligation under this Agreement without proper justification after notice thereof from the Executive and, if curable, the opportunity to cure, within thirty (30) days after the giving of written notice thereof to the Company.
