Common use of By the Executive Other than for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

By the Executive Other than for Good Reason. If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 5(e), the Company shall continue to pay Executive his Base Salary through the Termination Date (it being understood that if, in accordance with Section 5(e), the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Base Salary under this Section 6(e) shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).

If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 5(e5(f), the Company shall continue to pay Executive his Base Salary through the Termination Date (it being understood that if, in accordance with Section 5(e5(f), the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Base Salary under this Section 6(e) shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).

By the Executive Other than for Good Reason. If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 5(e), the Company shall continue to pay the Executive his Base Salary through the Termination Date (it being understood that if, in accordance with Section 5(e), the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Base Salary under this Section 6(e) shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).

Notwithstanding the Termination Date (it being understood that ifforegoing, in accordance with Section 5(e), if the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Base Salary under this Section 6(e) shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).

If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 5(e5(d), the Company shall continue to pay the Executive his Base Salary through the Termination Date (it being understood that if, in accordance with Section 5(e5(d), the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Base Salary under this Section 6(e6(d) shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).
