Common use of By the Executive without Cause Clause in Contracts

By the Executive without Cause. The Executive may resign his employment without breaching this Agreement at any time by giving the Employer Notice of Termination no less than 30 days before the last date the Executive intends to work for the Employer. If the Executive resigns his employment, except as required by law (e.g., continuation of health insurance under COBRA), the Employer will have no obligation to provide compensation, stock options or benefits to the Executive after the Date of Termination.
