Common use of By the Monsanto Parties Clause in Contracts

By the Monsanto Parties. The Monsanto Parties and their Affiliates hereby release and discharge each of the DPL Parties, their respective Affiliates, assigns, predecessors, and successors, and any and all of those Persons' past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees and attorneys from all Claims that each of the Monsanto Parties and their respective Affiliates, assigns, predecessors, and successors, and all of those Persons' past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, agents, and attorneys ever had, now have, or may have for, upon, or by reason of, any matter whatsoever, through the date of this Agreement, arising from, encompassed by, or related to any and all matters raised in the Bollgard Re-Registration.
