Common use of By Venturers Clause in Contracts

By Venturers. No Venturer (except a Venturer who sells his or her Units to the Managing Venturer or its Affiliates) may sell or transfer all or any part of his or her Unit(s) until he or she shall first comply with the provisions of this Section; provided, however, that any sale, assignment or other transfer to Venturer’s parents, spouse, siblings or children (either natural or adoptive) or to any trust of which the primary beneficiaries are the Venturer, his or her parents, spouse, siblings or children shall not be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in this Section 6.2.
