By Xxxx Foods. From time to time after the Distribution, Xxxx Foods shall promptly reimburse WhiteWave or WWF Operating Company, but in no event more than fifteen business days after delivery by WhiteWave or WWF Operating Company of an invoice therefore containing reasonable substantiating documentation of such costs and expenses, for the cost of any obligations or Liabilities that WhiteWave or WWF Operating Company elects to, or is compelled to, pay or otherwise satisfy, that are or that pursuant to this Agreement have become, the responsibility of Xxxx Foods.
