Common use of Bylaws of the Board Clause in Contracts

The Board shall adopt bylaws governing the management of its business and the regulation of its affairs, including but not limited to procedures for electing officers and specifying their duties, calling meetings and establishing a quorum for meetings of the Board. Approval of the initial bylaws and any amendments thereto shall require the unanimous approval of the Board.
