Common use of C umulative Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

C umulative Rights and Remedies. Each and all of the several rights and remedies provided for in this Agreement or at law or in equity shall be cumulative and no one of them shall be exclusive of any other right or remedy. The exercise of any one or more of such rights or remedies shall not be deemed to be a waiver of or an election not to exercise any other such right or remedy.
