Common use of (c) Clause in Contracts

(c). Although the Lending Parties in the course of such other activities and relationships may acquire information about the Transaction or other Persons that may be the subject of the Transaction, the Lending Parties shall have no obligation to disclose such information, or the fact that the Lending Parties are in possession of such information, to Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates or to use such information on behalf of Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates.

(c). Although the Lending Parties in the course of such other activities and relationships may acquire information about the Transaction or other Persons that may be the subject of the Transaction, the Lending Parties shall have no obligation to disclose such information, or the fact that the Lending Parties are in possession of such information, to Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective 165 affiliates or to use such information on behalf of Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates.

Although the Lending Parties in the course of such other activities and relationships may acquire information about the 166 Transaction or other Persons that may be the subject of the Transaction, the Lending Parties shall have no obligation to disclose such information, or the fact that the Lending Parties are in possession of such information, to Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates or to use such information on behalf of Borrower, Sponsor or any of their respective affiliates.
