Cabling Crossings. The County acknowledges that Turtle Creek may desire to route certain wires, cables, conduits and/or lines (and their associated equipment) related to the transmission of electricity (i) at a voltage of up to 34.5 kV from the Project below ground at a location adjacent to or under (including across) certain County Designated Roads, as identified on Appendix D (the “34.5 kV Installation”) (ii) at a voltage of up to 345 kV from the Project above ground at a location adjacent to or over (including across) certain County Designated Roads, as identified on Appendix D (the “345 kV Installation”). In connection with both the 34.5 kV Installation and the 345 kV Installation, the Parties further agree that Turtle Creek shall be responsible for obtaining all private land rights as are necessary to permit Turtle Creek to complete the 34.5 kV Installation and the 345 kV Installation and make the modifications and improvements to the Designated Roads contemplated by this Agreement, including obtaining all necessary land rights from private landowners adjacent to the Designated Roads. In connection with the 34.5kV Installation and the 345 kV Installation, the County hereby grants to Turtle Creek all such authorizations and approvals from the County as are necessary to complete the 34.5kV Installation and the 345 kV Installation subject only to Turtle Creek’s obtaining all private land rights as are required in connection therewith; provided that any trenching of a Designated Road in connection with the 34.5 kV Installation shall require the prior written consent of the County.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly.   • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.
