Common use of CAD Drawings Clause in Contracts

CAD Drawings. Unless otherwise expressly provided under this Agreement, all Drawings and Record As-Built Drawings prepared by Contractor or its Subcontractors under this Agreement shall be prepared using computer aided design (“CAD”). All CAD drawing files shall be in fully operable and editable Microstation (Version 8) format, unless otherwise specified in Attachment B. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to also provide Drawings, including Record As-Built Drawings and Specifications, in other formats requested by Owner.
