CADET PENSIONS. Any member of the Service, promoted in rank from a cadet with a “normal retirement age” of years, being promoted to the rank of constable, shall be credited with all of cadet service at the “normal retirement age” of years and that the cost for such adjustment in credited service to be paid by the Board.
