CAFÉ OPERATOR OBLIGATIONS. I. Menu: Provide light refreshments and food items for sale to enhance the patron experience of the Main Library. Food and beverage items include: espresso style drinks, coffee, teas, iced drinks, juices, soft drinks, pastries, and bakery items. A basic luncheon menu including sandwiches, soups and salads is desired. The Library Director retains the right to approve menu items. The café menu shall not include alcoholic beverages.
