The location of the café will respect the symmetry of the park design and will not obstruct important views towards the central fountain. The design of the café will focus the building towards the park while acknowledging I Street and use stone, wood, and glass as the primary materials emphasizing the building’s transparency and its subordinate role within the park.

  • Group Structure 17.1 The Company does not have any Subsidiary nor has it at any time a member of or the beneficial owner of any shares, securities or other interest in any company or other person.
