Common use of CAISO Obligations Clause in Contracts

CAISO Obligations. The CAISO shall cause the Interconnecting PTO’s transmission system to be operated and controlled in a safe and reliable manner during testing and synchronization and before the Approved Project Sponsor turns the Project over to CAISO Operational Control. The CAISO may provide operating instructions to the Approved Project Sponsor consistent with this Agreement and the Interconnecting PTO’s and CAISO’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Interconnecting PTO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Approved Project Sponsor.
