Calculation Agent determination. All discretions exercised and calculations and determinations made in respect of the Notes by the Calculation Agent shall be made in good faith and shall (save in the case of manifest error) be final, conclusive and binding on the Issuer, the Agent, the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent, any other Paying Agent, the Trustee, the Noteholders and the Couponholders.
