Calculation and Payment of Expenses. 1. Based upon information provided by one of the Fund’s Authorized Persons to Mellon, calculate asset-based fees and submit to the Fund Treasurer/Principal Financial Officer for approval, and instruct the custodian to wire fee payments to the service providers.
