Calculation In Respect of Notes. Except as otherwise specifically stated herein or in the Notes, all calculations to be made in respect of the Notes shall be the obligation of the Issuer. All calculations made by the Issuer or its agent as contemplated pursuant to the terms hereof and of the Notes shall be made in good faith and be final and binding on the Notes and the holders of the Notes absent manifest error. The Issuer shall provide a schedule of calculations to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy of the calculations by the Issuer without independent verification. The Trustee shall forward calculations made by the Issuer to any holder of Notes upon request.
