See Exhibit Q.1 Contact Turbine Hours (CTH) is the sum of all turbine‐hours that the turbines are synchronized to the system. It is the turbine‐hours that the contactors are closed and generation is connected to the grid. The term is similar to service hours used in conventional generation. Forced Turbine Hours (FTH) is the sum of all turbine-hours that that the turbine is off-line due to forced events. FTH are all forced events where the WTG must be removed from service for repairs before the next Sunday at 23:59 (just before Sunday becomes Monday).
