Common use of CALCULATION OF COSTS, FEES, AND CHARGES Clause in Contracts

CALCULATION OF COSTS, FEES, AND CHARGES. Fees and charges for all administrative and other services and reimbursements described in Sections 4(A) through 4(E) will be invoiced by the City on an actual time and expense basis. The term “time and expense basis” shall mean the City’s actual cost for services rendered by the City staff or its contractors or consultants. Payment for the fees, charges, and costs described in Sections 4(F) and 4(G) shall be based on actual incurred costs or in such amount as is established by City ordinance for such fee, cost, or charge.
