Calculation of Dollar Equivalent Amounts. For the purpose of determining Revolving Credit Exposure generally and for the purpose of determining the Dollar Equivalent Amount, upon each making and upon each payment of a Letter of Credit denominated in an Other Currency, the Agent shall calculate the Dollar Equivalent Amount of such Letter of Credit as of such date, as the case may be, and shall provide written confirmation to the Lenders, the Issuing Bank and the Borrower.
