Calculation of Exposures. (a) For the purpose of ascertaining whether any relevant percentage of Facilities Agreement Creditor Exposures has been obtained under this Agreement, the Facility Agent shall provide the Security Agent, promptly on request, with a list of the Facilities Agreement Creditor Exposures notionally converted into their Base Currency Amounts.
