Calculation of Funds Withheld Balance after the Effective Date. After the First Settlement Date, the Funds Withheld Balance shall be calculated on a quarterly basis. The Funds Withheld Balance shall be calculated in the same manner as for the Initial Funds Withheld Balance on each subsequent Settlement Date, beginning with the Funds Withheld Balance determined on the immediately preceding Settlement Date being carried forward, making each adjustment, if applicable, in Sections 5.03(a) through 5.03(e) for the current settlement period.
