Common use of Calculation of Original Issue Discount Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Original Issue Discount. If, as of the end of any fiscal year of the Company, the Company has any outstanding Original Issue Discount Securities under the Indenture, the Company shall file with the Trustee promptly following the end of such fiscal year (i) a written notice specifying the amount of original issue discount (including daily rates and accrual periods) accrued on such Original Issue Discount Securities as of the end of such year and (ii) such other specific information relating to such original issue discount as may then be required under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.
