Calculation of Permitted Maintenance Reimbursement Expenditure Accrual. As soon as practicable after each Calculation Date, but in no event later than the close of business on the date which is the fourth Business Day prior to the immediately following Payment Date, the Administrative Agent shall, after consultation with the Servicer, determine the Permitted Maintenance Reimbursement Expenditure Accrual in respect of the Payment Date immediately following such Calculation Date.
