Calculation of Purchase Price. On each Reporting Date (commencing with the first Reporting Date following the Initial Closing Date), the Servicer shall deliver to the Agent, Seller and the Company (if the Servicer is other than the Company) a report in substantially the form of Exhibit A (each such report being herein called a "PURCHASE REPORT") with respect to the Company's purchases of Receivables from Seller:
