Calculation of Reserve Draw Amount. On or before each Transfer ---------------------------------- Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period prior to the payment in full of the Class A Investor Interest and on or before the first Transfer Date with respect to the Rapid Amortization Period, the Servicer shall calculate the "Reserve Draw Amount" which shall be equal to the Principal Funding Investment Shortfall with respect to such Transfer Date less, in each case, the amount of funds deposited into the Finance Charge Account on such Transfer Date pursuant to subsection 4.9(b).
