Calculation of Royalties. In calculating the payments due to MERCK for the licenses granted in this Section 7.1.2(c), the terms of Sections 5.5 and all related obligations (including the right to offset payments in accordance with Section 5.5.1(b) through (e)) shall apply mutatis mutandis to each such Waived Compound and Product Derived therefrom.
