Calculation of Sales Royalty. In consideration for the use of the Licensed Mxxx hereunder, Licensee shall pay to the Company for each Annual Period a sales royalty equal to three and one half percent (31/2%) of Net Sales for such Annual Period (each, the “Sales Royalty” for such Annual Period).
