CALCULATION OF TERMINATION FEES. Your Service is subject to a 24-month term commitment. If prior to the end of your term commitment, your Service is disconnected for any reason, and all Service and other charges for your term commitment have not yet been paid in full, you agree to pay a Termination Fee that will be billed to you dishNET account. The Termination Fee will be determined by multiplying $10 by the number of months remaining on your term commitment. The maximum Termination Fee is $240. The Termination Fee is in addition to any charges required by Section 12(d).
