Calculation of the Funds Withheld Balance. As of the effective date of this Agreement, the Reinsured shall maintain an accounting of all amounts deducted from or added to the Funds Withheld (the “Funds Withheld Balance”) and shall report the status of the Funds Withheld Balance calculated in accordance with this provision with each quarterly accounting statement.
