Calculation of Time Limits. The time limits set forth in this Section XVI of this Agreement shall be deemed to commence with the delivery of written notice by one Party to the other Party indicating the existence of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof. The Parties may extend any time limit specified in this Section XVI of this Agreement by mutual, written agreement.
Calculation of Time Limits. (1) [Periods Expressed in Years] Any period expressed in years shall expire, in the relevant subsequent year, in the month having the same name and on the day having the same number as the month and the day of the event from which the period starts to run, except that, where the event occurred on February 29 and in the relevant subsequent year February ends on the 28th, the period shall expire on February 28.
Calculation of Time Limits. Time limits during the summer recess shall consist of weekdays when the Superintendent’s office is open. Time limits may be extended only with the mutual written consent of the parties.

Except as otherwise expressed in the Bidding Conditions or the other bidding documentation, references in the present Contract to time limits counted in days shall be understood to be counted in calendar days. If a due date falls on other than a business day, the performance due shall be deemed adequately discharged if the obligation is performed on the first business day following the due date.

The time limits for the processing of documents which the Project Promoter is required to send to the Programme Operator under this Agreement, the EEA FM/NFM Legal Framework or the Implementation Rules commence in respect of the Programme Operator only after these documents have been registered by the Programme Operator’s organisational department responsible for the implementation of the Programme.
Calculation of Time Limits. In the calculation of days included throughout this procedure as time limits, the day of an occurrence shall not be counted. Day one shall be the business day following the occurrence. A business day shall mean Monday through Friday. County designated holidays shall not be counted as a business day.

The Parties acknowledge that time limits under this Agreement must be calculated in accordance with the provisions of article 83 of the Code of Civil Procedure, taking into account Pro-Contact’s regular business hours, which are generally Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding statutory holidays in the province of Quebec.
