Calculation, Payment and Guarantee of the Technology Consulting and Service Fee. 2.1 The Parties agree that the technology consulting and service fees (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Fees”) hereunder shall be determined based upon the services rendered by Party A as entrusted, and Party B shall pay the Service Fees to Party A at an amount and in a manner specified in the written notice sent by Party A to Party B on a regular basis.
