Calculations and Distributions; Withdrawals from the Reserve Account. (a) On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer will calculate the Reserve Account Draw Amount for the following Payment Date and will instruct the Indenture Trustee to withdraw from the Reserve Account and deposit the Reserve Account Draw Amount into the Collection Account on or before such Payment Date. (b) On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer will instruct the Indenture Trustee (based on the most recent Monthly Investor Report) to make the withdrawals, deposits, distributions and payments required to be made on the following Payment Date pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Indenture.
