Calculations Determined by Seller. The Seller shall be responsible for performing all calculations required in connection with the exercise and settlement of the Put Options and the delivery of ADSs as described in this Article 3. In connection therewith, the Seller shall provide prompt written notice to the Holder of the number of ADSs deliverable upon exercise and settlement of the Put Options.
