Calculations in Respect of Securities. The Company will be responsible for making all calculations called for under the Debentures. The Company will make these calculations in good faith and, absent manifest error, the calculations will be final and binding on Holders of the Debentures. The Company shall provide to the Trustee a schedule of its calculations, and the Trustee is entitled to rely upon the accuracy of such calculations without independent verification. The Trustee shall forward the Company’s calculations to any Holder of the Debentures upon the request of such Holder.
