Calculations in Respect of the Notes. Except as otherwise specifically stated herein or in the Indenture, all calculations to be made in respect of the Notes shall be the obligation of the Issuer. All calculations made by the Issuer or its agent as contemplated pursuant to the terms hereof and of the Indenture shall be final and binding on the Issuer and the Holders absent manifest error. The Issuer shall provide a schedule of calculations to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall be entitled conclusively to rely upon the accuracy of the calculations by the Issuer without independent verification. The Trustee shall forward calculations made by the Issuer to any Holder of Notes upon written request.
